Returns Policy

At Inspired Flooring, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible whilst ensuring we are compliant with all relevant laws and legislation.

This policy, which explains how we deal with returns and the terms and exclusions in operation, is defined below.

This policy and the terms, conditions and exclusions contained herein, do not affect your statutory rights.

14 Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any non-customized carpet product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, carpets and all other order items without exception must be in their original condition, unused and in the same packaging as when they were delivered. Customised carpet(s) and/or any other customised item(s) that have been cut to specific dimensions at your request and as detailed in your order, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at inspiredflooringiow@gmail.com or call +44 (0)7534447343 and let us know of any problems and we will be happy to help and discuss our returns procedure with you.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) if your return is eligible.
  4. Package the carpet and any other items you are returning securely in their original packaging.
  5. Clearly mark the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the carpet and any other items back to us, and retain the tracking number for your records. Please refer to the Exclusions section below for details about costs for shipping returned items.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned carpet, we will inspect it. If the carpet is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange, as per your preference.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, typically within 5 business days after the carpet is received and inspected.


Please note that we do not accept returns on customised carpets or any other items unless they are damaged during delivery or they are defective. Damage caused after receipt of delivery is not covered. Additionally, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product(s).

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the carpets and/or other items are returned in the specified condition stated above and arrives with us within 5 days of notifying us of your intention to return the item(s).

Legal Compliance

This return policy is designed to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations within the United Kingdom.
